Rachel has been practicing and teaching yoga for 4 years. People would describe Rachel as kind,warm hearted ,and adventurous. Rachel’s passion for wellness comes from her love for the human body. Rachel loves the growth and physical changes that people achieve when they focus on self care and  amazed at the bodies ability to heal itself when self care is implemented into daily living. Rachel has been a massage therapist for 8 years and professional stretch tech for 4 years. Rachel will take any client and make them feel at home. Its all about making the client first and showing them a Fresh and New way of Customer Service.

  Rachel will push you hard and walk through every step of the program with you, until you are confident and comfortable. Rachel motivating style is very unique.Its all about what fits you and your personality. 
Meal Planning
With Rachel she will walk through with you on the importance of healthy nutrition goals. Show you how to track what your eating and help you curve your crazy cravens with mediation and breathing .
Workout Planning
There is a high level of accountability in and outside of the gym
for helping you reach your goals. You will train hard, you will be pushed mentally and
