Workout Junkies is always putting in the work to help you find new and exciting ways to get in and stay in shape. By adding new Oklahoma City workout classes and coaches to our staff, we are constantly expanding the wide variety of workout and fitness services we offer our members. Don’t wait to drop in and enjoy one of our exciting fitness classes that incorporate a group fitness atmosphere and a sweaty good time!
Workout Junkies Circuit Training class combines endurance training, resistance training, and aerobics to help build stamina and increase overall strength and cardiovascular ability. These compound exercises are performed in an interval training circuit targeting strength and muscular endurance.

RISE & GRIND
Start your weekend out right with our Rise & Grind Tee Party Fit Camp every Saturday morning at 10:30 AM. This $10 drop in class combines compund excercises and conditioning to help you stay in routine. This class is designed for both men and women who are looking to stay in shape and keep their fitness goals on track through the weekend.
