Alpha Male 40 & Over Sculpting Class
Body sculpting for men over 40 involves targeted exercises and nutrition to enhance muscle definition and overall fitness. Tailoring workouts to accommodate age-related changes, focusing on strength training, and maintaining a balanced diet are key components.
This approach aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, improve metabolism, and support sustainable fitness goals for men in their 40s.
Glute Camp
Resistance Training: Incorporating resistance training is essential for building lean muscle and sculpting the body. It involves using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to target specific muscle groups.
A well-rounded program would involve exercises for all major muscle groups, including the arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, and legs. Different types of exercises, such as compound exercises (e.g., squats, deadlifts) and isolation exercises (e.g., bicep curls, tricep dips), should be included to work the muscles from multiple angles.
Body Sculpting – Glute & Core
The glute and core class is a dynamic workout designed to strengthen and tone your glutes and core muscles. Incorporating a mix of targeted exercises, such as squats, lunges, and core-focused movements, this class aims to enhance stability, improve posture, and sculpt a firmer midsection.

Evening Body Sculpting Class
The glute and core evening class is a dynamic workout designed to strengthen and tone your glutes and core muscles. Incorporating a mix of targeted exercises, such as squats, lunges, and core-focused movements, this class aims to enhance stability, improve posture, and sculpt a firmer midsection.

BOOT CAMP
The boot camp class is an intense and high-energy fitness session that combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and agility drills. Led by a motivating instructor, participants can expect a full-body workout that challenges endurance, builds strength, and promotes overall fitness. With a variety of exercises and minimal rest between sets, boot camp classes are designed to push individuals to their limits, fostering a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment.
